Summary of Duties:-

The Technical Services Manager oversees the organization’s technology related strategies and initiatives and plans for the technology needs of the organisation and its customers.  Analyses information and communicates with the Chief Executive Officer and other relevant personnel to keep them informed.  Helps the company move forward with advances in technology and methods of processing and managing information.  Serves as a leader and innovator for the company’s information technology department.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:-

  • Master’s Degree, in Computer Science and/or Information Technology from a recognized institution
  • At least five (5) years’ experience  in managing information systems and networks with at least two(2) years’ experience managing people
  • MCSE or CCNA certification is a distinct advantage

Required Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in establishing IT services framework and IT security policies
  • Aptitude for customer engagement analyses
  • Mastery at establishing strategic provider partnerships

Special Conditions Associated with the Job:-

  • Required to work odd hours/be on call
  • Island-wide travel

Must be the holder of a valid driver’s licence and own a reliable motor vehicle
