OVERVIEW:

KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS) seeks to identify an extraordinary Information Technology (IT) Help Desk Senior Officer who will be responsible for providing phone and chat support for all customers within the firm. This includes guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow up on questions and issues on all applications, hardware and software.

The position will be assigned to our rapidly growing KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS), which is contracted to provide back office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”)
