KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS) seeks to identify an extraordinary IT Help Desk Manager who will oversee the IT Help Desk staff for appropriate line of business to ensure the Client’s end users receive high levels of customer service quality.

OVERVIEW:

KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS) seeks to identify an extraordinary Information Technology (IT) Help Desk Manager who will oversee the IT Help Desk staff for appropriate line of business to ensure the Client’s end users receive high levels of customer service quality. This includes the responsibility of managing help desk related projects, procedures related to identification, prioritization and resolution of incidents. Responsible for aligning ticket handling and knowledge base needs with best practices and the Client’s business processes.

The IT Help Desk Manager will be assigned to our rapidly growing KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS), which provides services to its member Firm, KPMG in the United States (the “Client’).

Is this job for you?

  • Do you have at least five years of IT Help Desk experience in a fast-paced business environment ?
  • Have you successfully led a team of IT Help Desk personnel for a minimum of three years ?
  • Can you troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues ?
  • Are you an excellent communicator , from entry level to senior leadership?
  • Do you stay on top of the latest technology trends ?
  • Did you label your résumé with your first and last names ?
